E-Commerce Custom Development Ads & Analytics

Custom-built online stores that feel like the brand's physical retail experience, with ad tracking and analytics baked in from the start, not bolted on after launch.

The problem

Brands that had spent years crafting a physical retail experience were launching online stores that looked like everyone else's. Generic e-commerce templates with a logo swap. The in-store feeling, the one that made customers come back, got lost somewhere between "add to cart" and checkout. And nobody could tell which ad dollars were actually working because tracking was an afterthought.

The approach

Every store was built as a custom theme from scratch, designed to carry the brand's identity through every interaction. Analytics and ad integrations weren't added later, they were part of the architecture from day one.

The outcome

Stores that convert because they feel intentional. Every element earns its place. Ad spend became accountable because tracking was structural, not stitched together with third-party plugins and prayers. Clients could finally answer the question "is this campaign worth it?" with actual numbers instead of gut feelings.

What I learned

E-commerce is where design meets data, and neither one wins alone. A beautiful store that doesn't convert is just a gallery. A high-converting store that looks generic erodes the brand with every sale. The discipline is in holding both, making something that looks like it belongs to the brand and performs like it belongs to the business. The numbers have to work.
